Terms of use

By using Cuentastic.com you accept these terms. The service lets you create children's audio stories and video stories generated with artificial intelligence.

Account

To create stories you must sign up with Google. You are responsible for the use of your account. You can delete it at any time from "My profile".

Published content

The stories you create are published openly in the Cuentastic library and can be listened to by any user. Users on a paid plan can switch off "Published" in "My stories" to keep a story private. Do not include sensitive personal data in descriptions. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content.

Free trial and plans

Each user has a free 1-minute trial story that includes the mention "Story created with Cuentastic.com" at the end. Minutes from paid plans expire 365 days after being credited. Subscriptions can be changed or cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Video stories

The creator of a story can turn it into a free video (horizontal or vertical) with karaoke subtitles and the Cuentastic.com watermark. Optionally, they can create an AI-animated video, paid separately with video credit (top-ups from €10, final price with taxes included). The price and an estimated creation time are shown before creating it. If a video is canceled or a scene cannot be generated, only what was actually generated is charged and the rest is returned to the credit balance. Video credit is not refundable in cash and is not part of the plan minutes. The AI-animated video of a published story can be watched openly, but only its creator can download it.

Permitted use

Audio stories and videos may be used for personal and family use and shared on your own social networks and channels (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok…) keeping the Cuentastic.com mention. It is forbidden to use the service to generate illegal, offensive content or content harmful to minors.

Liability

Content is generated automatically; although we take care to make it suitable for children, we recommend that an adult supervise it.
